Where possible we have included any measurements that relate to a piece of jewellery, however if you have any further questions about sizing please don’t hesitate to message us at clientcare@francescaelliott.com
A big part of tackling waste in the fashion industry is keeping products in use. We offer a repair service to help you do this with our products. Should a stone fall out or a clasp break please send us an email and we will organise for your piece to be repaired.
Minor repairs are free of charge. If there is going to be a cost to the repair we will inform you before the repair takes place.
Please note not all repairs will be possible.
Some vintage jewellery can have trace levels of lead or nickel which can cause a reaction on some people’s skin. If you have an allergy to these materials or sensitive skin, please bear this in mind.
Payments
Pay with credit or debit card via Stripe using Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Google Pay.

Deliveries & Returns
If you get in touch with us within 24 hours of your order we will be able to change or cancel your order. After that time you will need to return the item for a refund.
